Dear Cast:
Please come to a Parent Meeting and Read through of the show on Tuesday, August 12, at 6:30 at the Creek Road facility (where we had auditions).
We will have a parent meeting right at 6:30. (Only one parent is required to attend). Then we will have a read-through and listen to all the songs. Parents whose children are under the age of eight must stay for the remainder of the rehearsal. Other parents may choose to stay or come back at the conclusion of the rehearsal. I am estimating that we will be done by 8:30, but it could be later. There will be release and volunteer papers for you to sign, calendars to hand out, and we will collect the $50 participation fees. Checks should be made payable to Upstage Theatre for Youth.
