See you are already volunteering!)Our mandatory parent meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 23rd at 6pm. This is a very important meeting! We will give you a rehearsal schedule, answer questions, and sign all of the contracts.
We also need to go over volunteer sign ups. Please come and choose the dates you are available to help, if you do not show up we will have to assign you the dates left over. Volunteer's are so important to Upstage.
At that time everyone will need to pay the $40.00 fee for each cast member. This also is mandatory. Any one not willing to pay that fee, will not be able to start rehearsals. Please e-mail us if you need a few more weeks to pay. We can work with you, right up to when the first rehearsal starts. This information is completely confidential.
We need your help passing this information around. Anyone who you see, (in the cast) make sure you mention this parent meeting to them. It is so important to be there. You will be lost without it.
Last, if you are completely unable to attend. Please e-mail us. We cannot stress this enough. This meeting is the only one we have with the parents. (cast members need not come) We do not have time to talk to 71 sets of parents on the phone. Please do not miss it. We will make it short & sweet, and you are welcome to ask all of your questions there.
