Yesterday was our first rehearsal and parent meeting. The parents were "few" in number, but we give a great thanks to those who attended and to those who called to make other arrangements. We still have lots of kids without signed contracts, payments, shirt sizes, date arrangements and other such VERY important stuff.We will be ordering t-shirts this week, if your child has not paid and has not turned in all shirt size and contract information we will not order him or her a t-shirt. Also if we have not received all of the above by Monday, January 11th your child will not be allowed to be at rehearsal. This is a safety issue for Upstage and involves liability that we as a Board are unwilling to take. Please do not miss this opportunity.
On the lighter note, so far the cast has been so much fun. At the read through we were able to hear some of the voices and see some of the fun characters start to emerge. It was very exciting. This play is going to be so much fun. It is so much fun to watch the cast of each play come together as a cast family. We are excited and honored to work with these kids. They continue to amaze us with their personalities and kindness towards each other.
