Upstage Theatre for Youth is pleased to announce auditions for Thoroughly Modern Millie Jr!
Taking place in New York City in 1922, this high-spirited musical tells the story of young Millie Dillmount, who has just moved to the city in search of a new life for herself. It’s a New York full of intrigue and jazz - a time when women were entering the workforce and the rules of love and social behavior were changing forever. Based on the popular movie starring Julie Andrews, the stage version includes a full score of new songs and bright dance numbers.Parts are available for youth ages 9-18.
Auditions will take place on Saturday, August 24th at 2600 E. Creek Rd. Sandy UT 84093 from 9:00 to Noon.

Come prepared to sing 16 measures of a Broadway-style song. A CD player and an i-pod dock will be provided.
